Heavy rains expected tomorrow and Friday in Northern Cyprus — Meteorological Service
The Meteorological Service of Northern Cyprus reported that heavy rains are expected tomorrow and Friday in Northern Cyprus; the forecast covers the period of November 13–19.
According to the forecast, the maximum temperature during the specified period will be 25–28 degrees in inland areas and 22–25 degrees on the coasts.
Throughout the week, the region will mainly be under the influence of a low-pressure system and upper-level cool and humid air masses. In the final days of the period, the area is expected to be affected by a high-pressure system and warm humid air mass.
The sky will be partly cloudy on most days. The wind will mainly be northerly with moderate strength; during rainy days, gusts of wind are expected to be locally strong.
For residents, this means a likelihood of rainfall and stronger winds in the coming days, which should be considered when planning trips and outdoor activities.
