Saturday at the Museum: The Woman Cornaro

On March 8th, International Women's Day, CVAR invites its young visitors to a special theatrical museum narration dedicated to Catherine Cornaro, the last Queen of Cyprus.

During the interactive storytelling, which begins in reverse order – from the end to the beginning of the story, children will have the opportunity to explore the life and challenges of Queen Cornaro. With the help of objects from the CVAR collection, they will learn about the difficulties she faced and the influence she had on her time.

At the end, the children will be inspired by Cornaro's jewelry and create their own handmade earrings.
