Summer camp costs in Cyprus have risen to €220 per week
Ahead of the summer season, Cyprus has seen a significant increase in the cost of day camp services for children. According to current market monitoring, one week of childcare at private camps now costs on average from €130 to €180, and in some institutions reaches €220.
Operators cite general inflation, higher venue rental costs, more expensive food for children’s menus, as well as increased spending on logistics and the wages of qualified staff as the main factors behind the price rise. For many Cypriot families where both parents work full-time, such expenses become a serious financial burden, as public alternatives do not cover the entire summer holiday period.
