16th Lefke Date Festival

This year, the 16th "Date Festival," organized in collaboration with Lefke Municipality and the Lefke Tourism Association, will take place on Sunday, November 2, at Lefke Town Center.

According to Lefke Municipality, the festival aims to preserve Cypriot culture, promote Lefke’s historical, cultural, and natural richness, and protect the region’s symbol — the date fruit — for future generations.

This year’s festival will feature many activities, including exhibitions, competitions, local product stands, concerts, nature and Lefke sightseeing walks, and folk dances. The Festival Committee invited the public to join the celebrations in Lefke.
