We're alone, we're missing, we're not understood, we're divided into a thousand pieces. Our play is set in the future. Years when everything is faster and consumed. Relationships are lived with robots, artificial intelligence and rarely with humans. And what about love? Did it exist or was it an illusion we created in our heads? Was man necessary for man, or was creating his own man the solution to everything? Was it possible without holding hands? Was it not worth a try?
The protagonist of our play buys an artificial intelligence even though he does not approve of it. Such a love journey begins that it changes and changes. Then reality comes into play. The norms and pressures imposed on women... Marriage, children... Does a woman have to have children to be ‘complete’? Does loving mean knowing how to leave when necessary? Or is it to protect?
Theatre Martı is again asking us questions about relationships and the role of women in life with a play from a woman's perspective. You will witness the transformation of a woman through love, dance and music. This play is dedicated to all healing loves. Haven't we cried enough?
