Pera Mackenzie Beach in Northern Cyprus
Essentially, this is a beach club located on another popular beach — Long Beach Iskele. And it has no connection to the famous Mackenzie Beach in southern Cyprus.
On the map, it is marked as İskele Belediyesi Makenzi Halk Plajı, which means public beach. However, all the infrastructure offered by the beach club is only available for a fee. Nearby is a more relaxed area of Long Beach with fewer sunbeds and facilities.

Pera Mackenzie Beach
It serves as a concert venue, nightclub, restaurant, and beach entertainment spot. We are primarily interested in the latter.
The beach itself features pleasant sand, a convenient sea entrance, sunbeds and wooden walkways belonging to the Pera Mackenzie club, and a nearby amusement park that families with children will enjoy.

Restaurant and Concerts at Pera Mackenzie
The beach club’s restaurant receives high praise — not just for the food and views, but also because Pera Mackenzie is renowned for hosting live concerts and DJ sets. Well-known performers often make appearances here.
Some summer 2025 performances are already scheduled, with information available on the venue’s Instagram page. Event announcements will also be posted there.
How to Get to Pera Mackenzie
You can get to Pera Mackenzie from Famagusta or Iskele by bus, taxi, or car.
By Bus
Pera Makenzie is located approximately between Famagusta and Iskele, closer to the latter settlement. Buses from Famagusta to Iskele run five times a day and can be found at the Itimat bus company's station near the large roundabout. Dolmuses—small capacity minibuses—also run between the cities.
To get off near the beach, just tell the driver Pera Makenzie—he will understand. If not, ask for Long Beach, the bus will stop there. The farthest north point is Caesar Resort, after which buses continue to Iskele, but many minibuses go as far as Caesar.
By Car
If you have your own car, getting to Pera Makenzie is not difficult. You can find the location of the beach on the map below, and you can park directly at the entrance to the establishment or in the large parking lot near the Luna Park.
If you don't have your own car, you can rent one. Given the cost of a taxi, this is a fairly economical option. You can rent a car either through the aggregator Discover Cars or at trusted rental agencies. Here is their list.
