- Stamp duty payment upon registration with the tax office (0.5%)
- Land registry fee payment upon registering the contract with the Land Registry (6%)
- VAT payment to the developer: the date is specified in the contract, typically upon handing over the keys (5%)
- Title transfer fee to be paid within 60 working days from the issuance of the purchase permit (6%)
