22-year-old pedestrian dies after accident in Famagusta
A tragic outcome followed a road traffic accident in Famagusta.
22-year-old Aziz Bakıcı, who sustained severe injuries in an accident on January 12, has passed away despite prolonged treatment.
According to authorities, the young man was seriously injured on Fevzi Çakmak Bulvarı while attempting to cross the road from right to left and was struck by a car.
After the accident, he was taken to Turkey for treatment, but despite the doctors' efforts, he could not be saved.
Law enforcement agencies reported that the investigation into the circumstances of the accident is ongoing, and the tragedy has once again raised questions about road safety.
