Stray Dogs Attacked Residents in Famagusta
Two people were seriously injured in Famagusta after being attacked by stray dogs, with one victim requiring hospitalization.

According to local reports, the incident took place last weekend when two individuals stepped outside for breakfast and were attacked by stray dogs.
During the attack, one of the victims fell to the ground and sustained injuries. Emergency medical services quickly arrived at the scene. The injured woman was initially taken to Famagusta State Hospital and later transferred to Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Nicosia, where she was diagnosed with a broken leg.
A friend of the injured woman shared the story on social media, expressing frustration at the lack of action. She stated that local residents had repeatedly warned authorities about the aggressive stray dogs, but no preventative measures had been taken.
