The Mustafa Kemal Boulevard in Famagusta will be closed for the entire weekend
Police have warned drivers about roadworks that will be conducted on Gazı Mustafa Kemal Boulevard in Famagusta. Traffic will be closed from 6:00 p.m. on Friday until 6:00 a.m. on Monday.
In a statement from the police press office, it is mentioned that due to earthworks and asphalt works, which will be carried out as part of the sewer line renovation project in the Hurmala Chamber area on Gazı Mustafa Kemal Boulevard, access to the city of Famagusta will be provided through the old main road of Famagusta-Nicosia, starting from the Tanıtura junction.
Additionally, in the industrial zone of Famagusta, passage for vehicles arriving from the Gyüvercinlik direction and wishing to go to Famagusta will be provided.
Drivers using these routes are kindly asked to understand the temporary inconvenience and to observe speed limits, road signs, and markings.
