13 New Citizens Granted Citizenship in TRNC
The Council of Ministers of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has approved citizenship for 13 individuals. These new citizens have been residing in the country for an extended period and have earned the right to become full citizens of the state.
All of the candidates met the requirements outlined in the Citizenship Law and had been awaiting their approval.
The decision took effect after the list of newly naturalized citizens was published in the Official Gazette. It’s important to note that between January 1 and December 28, the TRNC government granted citizenship to a total of 4,431 people.
