Showers and thunderstorms are expected in Northern Cyprus on February 16
According to the data from the TRNC Meteorology Department, on Friday, February 16, the region is under the influence of low pressure and cool, humid air. The likelihood of showers and thunderstorms persists, especially on the northern and eastern coasts and in the Kyrenia mountain range.
The air temperature remains within seasonal climatic norms: thermometers will rise to 18 degrees Celsius. The wind will significantly strengthen and change its direction to the northeast. Despite the unsettled weather, there are no active weather warnings from meteorologists in Northern Cyprus.

Northern Coast: Kyrenia - 18°C, Lapta - 17°C, Akdeniz - 18°C, Alefka - 14°C, Esentepe - 16°C.
Western Coast: Lefke - 18°C, Güzelyurt - 18°C.
Central Part: Nicosia - 16°C, Ergen - 16°C.
Eastern Coast: Famagusta - 17°C, Iskele - 17°C. Kyrenia
Karpas: Yenierenköy - 17°C.
