The Council of Ministers has decided to declare two foreign citizens as "undesirable migrants." Lyanjun Li and Yun Wu behaved poorly.
According to the decision text published in the Official Gazette, Lyanjun Li and Yun Wu, declared undesirable immigrants, "demonstrated behavior that poses a danger to society and incites hostility towards the state."
"The Council of Ministers, taking into account the grounds set out in the application and the security report attached to the application, decided to declare Lyanjun Li and Yun Wu as undesirable immigrants because they behave in such a way as to threaten public order, administrative order, or public morality, or may incite enmity among the people of the TRNC and against the state, or conspire against the government and state authority," the document states.
