The car of the TRNC Finance Minister was involved in an accident
A road traffic accident involving the car of the TRNC Finance Minister, Ozdemir Berova, occurred in Northern Cyprus. Three people were injured in the accident.
According to "Cyprus Post," the accident happened today around noon at the intersection of Famagusta - Tuzla. According to preliminary information, the minister and his accompanying delegation were involved in the accident.
Footage from the scene shows two luxury cars, apparently belonging to the Ministry of Finance.
One of the cars, a Mercedes-Benz E-Class, is parked across the road with its front bumper damaged. The second car is in the bushes on the side of the road in the ditch.
Whether the minister himself was in the car at the time of the accident is unclear.
However, it is known that three people from the ministry team were injured in the accident.
They were taken to Famagusta State Hospital, where they are receiving medical assistance.
