The Gönyeli–Alayköy Municipality reports year-round city cleaning efforts

Mayor of Gönyeli–Alayköy, Hüseyin Amcaoğlu, stated that city services maintain cleanliness on a permanent basis — not through campaigns, but every day according to a strict schedule. The work covers all elements of the urban environment.
Amcaoğlu noted that staff begin their shifts before dawn. They not only collect household waste but also clean streets, restore neglected areas, promptly address issues at intersections and sidewalks, and ensure safety and order in public spaces. The municipality emphasized that garbage bins are regularly washed, storm drains cleaned, and vacant lots monitored to prevent waste accumulation.
The mayor added that seasonal cleaning campaigns also take place, but the foundation of quality comes from daily municipal work. He urged residents to maintain cleanliness and avoid creating new pollution.
Amcaoğlu thanked municipal staff and citizens who pay attention to the environment, emphasizing that joint efforts make Gönyeli–Alayköy cleaner, more orderly, and more comfortable to live in.
