TRNC Foreign Ministry Signs Cooperation Agreement with Ankara University
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the TRNC has signed a cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University to establish educational programs for its staff.
The signing ceremony in Turkey's capital was attended by TRNC Ambassador to Ankara, Ismet Korukoglu, and the Rector of Ankara University, Necdet Ünüvar.
According to the agreement, ministry staff will have access to two higher education programs offered by Ankara University. These programs are expected to include undergraduate and doctoral studies, and will be designed to accommodate participants' work schedules.
Under the guidance of expert academics from the Faculty of Political Science, civil servants will receive short-term training in areas such as human rights, international law, energy, and international institutions.
The training programs specified in the agreement will be developed in priority areas identified by the ministry in collaboration with the university.
