On April 4th, hot weather with dust in the air continues on Northern Cyprus.

According to the Department of Meteorology of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), on Thursday, April 4th, the region will be affected by low pressure and warm, humid air. Northern Cyprus will experience clear, slightly cloudy weather without precipitation, with dust in the air and high temperatures.

Today, the thermometer readings will rise 4-6 degrees above the seasonal climate norm. In some areas, the maximum temperature will reach 30-31°C.

The wind will be southwest, of moderate strength. No storms are expected in the region today.

Meanwhile, three emergency warnings from meteorologists continue to be in effect in the region. Dust from North Africa, reaching the TRNC, will persist in the air until 8:00 PM today.

Also, high levels of ultraviolet radiation and the risk of forest fires persist on Northern Cyprus.

Citizens are advised not to stay under the sun for more than 20 minutes, especially from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, without taking necessary precautions.
