Additional scholarship application period announced in Northern Cyprus — November 16–17

The Department of Higher Education and External Relations under the Ministry of National Education announced that a second application period for scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year (fall season) will take place on November 16 and 17 via the online platform yobis.mebnet.net.

Head of the department, Behçet Çelebi, stated that applicants must upload their personal data and all required documents to the website to complete their application.

Detailed instructions and a list of required documents are published in the "Important Information" section on the same website. Applications will only be accepted on the specified dates and in electronic form.

Students already receiving a scholarship in the fall semester of 2025–2026 do not need to submit additional documents to continue receiving payments.

For applicants: prepare scanned copies of documents and ensure the correctness of the data entered on yobis.mebnet.net during the application period. This will allow timely processing and prevent rejection for formal reasons.
