Weather Update for March 28th in Northern Cyprus
According to the Department of Meteorology of the TRNC, Thursday, March 28th, sees the region continuing to experience high pressure and warm air. Cloudy conditions persist over Northern Cyprus with no rain, but with dust in the air and a significant rise in temperature.
Today, air temperatures are expected to climb 4-6 degrees above the seasonal norm. Some areas may reach maximum temperatures of 25-26°C.
The wind is coming from the northeast at a moderate strength. No storms are forecasted for the region today.
One meteorological warning remains in place: dust originating from North Africa, which has reached the TRNC, will linger in the air until the end of March.

Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 23°C, Iskele – 23°C.
Karpas: Yenierenköy – 22°C.
