A motorcyclist died in an accident in Northern Cyprus.
Another fatal accident occurred in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). A motorcyclist died as a result of an accident on the main road from Taspinar to Doganci.
According to the police press service, the accident happened late the previous evening, around 11:00 PM. Recep Ozovali, a 46-year-old resident of Doganci, was riding a motorcycle without license plates towards his hometown. While turning left, he lost control and veered off the road, then went into a vacant lot and crashed into a rock.
With serious injuries, the motorcyclist was taken to Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Nicosia. Despite the doctors' best efforts, they were unable to save him.
