A three-hour power outage is scheduled for Monday in Girne (Karakum), Northern Cyprus
Kıb-Tek announced that electricity supply in the Girne – Karakum area of Northern Cyprus will be interrupted for three hours on Monday. The outage is due to planned project works on the medium-voltage electrical network north of Erdener Market.
According to Kıb-Tek, the planned outage time is from 10:00 to 13:00. The announcement noted that power supply may be restored earlier or later depending on the progress of the work.
The company warned residents and workers to assume that electricity may return to the network at any moment. Kıb-Tek did not specify additional details or potential changes to the work schedule in its statement.
