Road Barriers to Be Installed on Nicosia-Güzelyurt Highway
The Gönyeli-Alayköy Municipality has announced the start of work today to install road barriers along the main Nicosia-Güzelyurt highway. During the installation, traffic will be reduced to a single lane.
According to local authorities, the barriers will be set up between the overpass and the Temiz Düşün (Ağıllar) roundabout on the Nicosia-Güzelyurt route.
The statement also notes that during the construction, the road will be narrowed to one lane, and traffic will be managed by police officers. Drivers are advised to follow the speed limits, maintain a safe distance, and comply with road signs and instructions.
