The TRNC police caught 8 people without residence permits in one day
Raids to identify individuals residing in the country without residency permits continue in Northern Cyprus. In just one day, the police arrested another 8 individuals living in the TRNC without legal status.
According to a statement from the police press office, as a result of checks conducted by the police on Wednesday, March 13, across the country, a total of 8 individuals were arrested who were residing in the country without residency permits and did not have any legal status. All of them have been arrested, and criminal cases have been filed against them.
The police are not disclosing any further details about the detainees, including their nationality. The police investigation is ongoing.
