President of the TRNC will visit the collapse site of the "Isias" hotel in Adıyaman
The President of the TRNC, Ersin Tatar, left the island and flew to Turkey to establish contacts in earthquake-prone areas affected by the earthquake on February 6. During his two-day trip, the head of Northern Cyprus will visit the collapse site of the "Isias" hotel in Adıyaman.
Also, during his visit to the Turkish Republic, Ersin Tatar will participate in the anniversary ceremony of the independence of the easternmost province of the Mediterranean region of Turkey - Kahramanmaraş, on February 12, hold a conference at the local Sütçü İmam University, and meet with representatives of local businesses at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the city.
The leader of the TRNC will also travel to Gaziantep, where he will participate in events dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Cyprus peacekeeping operation. There, the head of Northern Cyprus will inaugurate an exhibition and deliver a speech at Gaziantep University.
It is expected that Ersin Tatar will return to the island on Wednesday after completing all work contacts.
