Drunken Man Stabs Four in Nightclub Incident in İskele
A man has been arrested in İskele following a violent stabbing at a nightclub that left four people injured, two of whom required hospitalization.
According to the police press office, the incident took place around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday at an entertainment venue. Security staff attempted to escort a 35-year-old man out of the club due to his aggressive and disruptive behavior while under the influence of alcohol. The man, visibly intoxicated and angered by the situation, pulled out a knife and attacked four other patrons.
A 25-year-old man sustained a stab wound to his left arm, while a 48-year-old man was injured in his right leg. Two other men, aged 20 and 31, also suffered injuries. Two of the victims were treated and released from Famagusta State Hospital. One remains in the same hospital with serious injuries, while the fourth was transferred to Near East University Hospital and is currently under medical observation.
The suspect was taken into custody by police. Authorities have not yet disclosed the name of the nightclub where the incident occurred. An investigation is ongoing.
