Republican Assembly to Hold Blood Donation Drive
Under the auspices of the Republican Assembly, a blood donation drive will be held jointly with the Thalassemia Society as part of the social initiative “Become Part of Solidarity”.
According to the Republican Assembly, the event will take place on Tuesday, February 3, in the parliament building. Members of parliament and parliamentary staff will also take part in the drive and donate blood.
The goal of the social initiative is to strengthen the spirit of solidarity in society and to raise awareness in the field of healthcare. Special emphasis is placed on the need for regular blood supplies for people suffering from thalassemia.
The appeal emphasizes that blood donation is of vital importance, and all healthy citizens are invited to join the initiative.
The organizers reminded: “One unit of blood can save a life”.
