Temperature to Rise 3-5°C Above Normal: Weather in the TRNC on June 21

According to the TRNC Department of Meteorology, on Friday, June 21, the region will continue to be affected by low pressure and hot, humid air. Meteorologists predict cloudy weather with no precipitation.

Today's air temperature will rise 3-5°C above normal, with a maximum temperature of 39°C. The hottest weather is expected in Nicosia and Ercan.

The wind will be southwesterly and moderate in strength. No storms are expected today.

There are two meteorological warnings in effect for Northern Cyprus. The risk of wildfires remains very high, and the level of ultraviolet radiation is also high.

Avoid staying in the sun for more than 15 minutes, especially between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, without taking necessary precautions.
