Male Nurse Arrested in Girne for Stealing Medicine from Hospital
A 24-year-old male nurse working at a private hospital in Girne has been detained on suspicion of stealing medications.
According to the police press office, in March 2026, the medical facility employee took three types of medication from the hospital without management's permission and misappropriated them.
Following a report to the police, an investigation was launched, during which the suspect was identified and arrested.
The investigation into the case is ongoing.
