Voyeur Caught in Kyrenia
A young man appeared in court in Kyrenia, facing charges of sexual harassment and voyeurism after allegedly spying on a woman while she was showering, using the ventilation system.
During the court session, a police officer testified that authorities had received a complaint about an incident that occurred on November 8th, around 6:50 PM. The suspect allegedly entered the bathroom of a 27-year-old woman living in an apartment in Kyrenia through the ventilation system and watched her as she took a shower.
As part of the investigation, police are reviewing security camera footage and examining whether the suspect is linked to two similar incidents that took place in the same apartment.
The police requested that the suspect be detained for an additional two days for further investigation, and the judge agreed to this request.
