In İskele, a cosmetologist illegally administering Botox was arrested
In İskele, over the past weekend, the police arrested a man who was injecting Botox and using fillers without the permission of the competent authority.
The cosmetologist was caught red-handed—right in the midst of performing the procedures.
According to the police press service, a 44-year-old man was arrested while administering Botox to a client's facial area.
During a search conducted at the detainee's residence, various pharmaceuticals and medical materials used in the production of Botox were discovered. All illegal components were seized as material evidence.
The police investigation into the incident is ongoing.
As a reminder, in November, it was reported that in Lapta, the police detained three medical professionals who were providing cosmetic services without a license. The foreigners were also administering Botox in a house rented for these purposes.
