Power outage in Kyrenia and Lefke
The Cyprus-Turkish Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) reports that on Wednesday, January 31st, there was an emergency power outage in Kyrenia and Lefke.
As of 08:15, due to a malfunction in the medium-voltage power grid, electricity is not supplied to the Yukari Dikmen area and the military zone of Dikmen Kyrykkale.
Also, as of 08:52, due to a malfunction in the medium-voltage power grid, the areas of Lefke Karadag, Lefke Social Housing, and the vicinity of Aplikha are without electricity.
Efforts have begun to identify and rectify the malfunctions.
