Nicosia Child Sexual Abuse Suspect Remanded in Custody
A court has extended the detention of a man accused of sexual abuse and threats against a 12-year-old child. By court order, the suspect will remain in custody for an additional eight days as the investigation continues.
Investigative authorities are continuing to collect evidence and conduct forensic examinations. Other details of the case have not been officially disclosed in the interest of the investigation and the protection of the minor.
