Asphalt works continue in Lefkoşa: several streets to be temporarily closed
The Lefkoşa Municipality continues road asphalting works in various areas of the city. The next phase will cover the Yenişehir and Surlariçi districts.
From Monday, February 9, asphalt will be laid on Şht. Sıtkı Hasan Sokak. During the works, traffic on the street will be completely closed.
Earlier, from Saturday, February 7, similar works will begin on Salahi Şevket Sokak, Şerabioğlu Sokak, and Tanzimat Sokak. These streets will also be closed to traffic during the works.
The municipality urges drivers to plan their routes in advance and strictly follow road signs and temporary traffic arrangements until the asphalt works are completed.
