At the beginning of the new week, rain returned to Northern Cyprus: weather on March 4th

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, on Monday, March 4th, the region is under the influence of low pressure and cool moist air. Rainy weather has returned to the region.

Meteorologists forecast variable cloudiness and showers, especially in the vicinity of Güzelyurt, Famagusta, in the central part of the island, and in the Karpas region. The air temperature has returned to seasonal climatic norms: the maximum air temperature will warm up to 20 degrees Celsius. The wind is southwest, of moderate strength.

There are no active weather warnings from meteorologists in Northern Cyprus.

Northern coast: Kyrenia – 19°C, Lapta – 18°C, Akdeniz - 19°C, Alevkaya - 14°C, Esentepe - 17°C.

Western coast: Lefke – 19°C, Güzelyurt – 20°C.

Central part: Nicosia – 19°C, Ercan – 19°C.

Eastern coast: Famagusta – 20°C, Iskele – 19°C.

Karpas: Yenierenköy – 19°C.
