In Nicosia, a two-day New Year's fair will take place
The Turkish municipality of Nicosia (LTB) will organize a two-day New Year's fair on December 29th and 30th.
According to the municipality's press service, the New Year's market will be located in the area of the Lefkeliler Inn hotel, situated behind the Büyük Han hotel. The fair's operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Food products, beverages, and souvenir items will be presented here.
Moreover, throughout the day, concerts will be held featuring the Nicosia Municipal Orchestra (LBO), the LBO Children's Choir, and musical performances by retro instrumentalists and The Native Cypriots.
At the LTB New Year's fair, entertainment events and workshops for children, a snow show, and Santa Claus distributing gifts to children will also be organized.
In addition to everything else, special New Year's tours will be conducted during the two-day event: a sightseeing train in Nicosia will transport those interested in exploring the fortress city.
