370 Foreign Citizens Granted Permission for Real Estate in TRNC
By the decision of the Council of Ministers of the TRNC, 370 foreign citizens have been granted permission for real estate. The decision has been published in the "Official Gazette."
According to the document, 355 individuals are citizens of Turkey, and another 15 are representatives of other countries.
"The Council of Ministers, in accordance with Law No. 52/2008 on the acquisition of real estate and long-term lease (foreigners), has decided to issue the necessary permission to 370 foreign citizens, of which 355 are citizens of Turkey, and 15 are citizens of third countries. The names and details of the real estate they intend to acquire are listed in the application attached," the document states.
