Two abandoned boats to be auctioned in TRNC
The TRNC Ports Department has announced the sale of two boats abandoned in Northern Cyprus territorial waters — “Orion 7” and “Forst”.
According to the department, the public auction will take place on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Coast Guard Command in Yedidalga.
The Orion 7, a grey-black boat, is 7 meters long, 3 meters wide, 0.5 meters deep, and equipped with a 300 hp Mercury Verado outboard motor. The starting price for the lot is 500,000 Turkish Liras.
The second boat, Forst, is also grey-black. It is 7 meters long, 2.75 meters wide, 0.5 meters deep, and features a 250 hp Honda engine. The starting price is 250,000 Turkish Liras.
The auction will last 30 minutes, and the boats will be sold to the highest bidders. To participate, a security deposit of 10% of the starting price must be paid in cash, by bank check, or via bank guarantee.
Upon completion of the auction, payment must be made immediately — either in cash or by bank check.
