Second Mountain Sports Car Race of the Season to be Held in Northern Cyprus this Weekend
The second race of the 2024 Northern Cyprus sports car championship will take place on Saturday, May 25th. During the event, a portion of the Karaagac - Alevkaya road will be closed to traffic.
Organized by the Northern Cyprus Touring Car Sports Association (KKTOK), the race will run from 12:00 to 19:00 along the Karaagac - Alevkaya track.
The main police department has announced that during the championship, a segment of the Karaagac - Alevkaya road, between the Karaagac - Esentepe intersection and the Alevkaya picnic area, will be temporarily closed to vehicles.
Drivers will be rerouted to alternative routes.
Police have requested drivers using alternative routes to kindly bear with the temporary inconvenience and to adhere to speed limits, maintain safe distances, and obey road signs and markings.
