After the start of consecutive works in 1986, the company Capiton Construction was founded on September 19, 2003 in Northern Cyprus by the president of Capital Group Tekin Arhun. He plays an important role in the development of society in Northern Cyprus. To date, he has successfully built infrastructure, hundreds of residences, and villas.

Capiton Construction, which employs about 50 people, provides services to 12 subcontractors. Capiton Construction has fully delivered to its customers all the built houses in the form of apartments and two-story houses.

Capiton Construction, the key words of the entire company: quality, trust, service, and always doing everything possible to provide more than promised. While our primary focus is on buildings and infrastructure, we continue to do significant work in project development, new properties, and new housing construction.

Capiton Construction has been continuing construction and new projects in the regions of Kyrenia, Iskele, Nicosia, and Esentepe over the past five years.

Although very few of our clients are local, most of them are from Europe, including Germany, Turkey, Germany, Iran, and Russia, and other Russian-speaking countries. Clients prefer Capiton Construction mainly because of excellent design, high construction quality, and the fact that they are not just building houses.
