The company EMTAN İNŞAAT ŞTİ. LTD, which has been successfully carrying out important projects in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus with timely and flawless completion of works, was founded in TRNC in 1988. The founder of our company, Tandoğan Tanlı, brought his experience and maturity to the company, gained during his work in the construction sector in Limassol since 1958. The representative of the second generation of the construction dynasty and Chairman of the Board of Directors of our company, Emin Tanlı, has advanced the positions of Emtan Company, making it even more powerful and successful, while the builders of the third generation of the dynasty, two brothers, Ragıp Tanlı and Tanol Tanlı, continue to embody their modern vision and global approach in the development of the company through their joint efforts.
Starting from 1988, the company EMTAN İNŞAAT ŞTİ. LTD has successfully completed important construction and contracting works in the districts of Kyrenia and Nicosia. Alongside villas, apartments, residential complex projects, and apartments that are directly owned by EMTAN Company, it has also successfully constructed and flawlessly delivered numerous construction projects for individuals and organizations in the private and public sectors. Over the 33 years of its operation, EMTAN Company has defined its primary goal as achieving the status of the most reliable, high-quality, and conscientious construction company in TRNC. The residential and commercial projects of Emtan Company are mainly concentrated in the central district of Kyrenia.
