Looking for Affiliate Managers

IceAffiliate is a product IT company working in the gambling, betting industry. We design and develop our own IT solutions. At the moment we have 3 active casino brands and 2 more are preparing to launch. We are now looking for a Head of Affiliate who(s) will help us scale our affiliate programme in Tier-1 markets.
What to do:
- Develop and manage the gambling affiliate programme;
- Attract and build long-term relationships with top affiliates;
- Analyse and optimise affiliate performance metrics;
- Manage budgets, KPIs and growth strategy in Tier-1 markets (US, Canada, Europe, etc.);
- Monitor affiliate payments and terms and conditions;
- Work with CPA, Hybryd and RevShare payment models.
What we expect:
- Experience in affiliate marketing in the gambling niche (3 years or more);
- Deep understanding of CPA, Hebryd and RevShare;
- Having a contact base among Tier-1 affiliates will be an advantage;
- Strong negotiation skills and result orientated;
- English at a high level (B2+).
