Description of the Camel Park

The Camel Park was established in 1998 as a small camel farm, but then the owners brought in other representatives of the animal world, and today the park is home to more than 100 animals, including ostriches, goats, deer, ponies, wallabies, llamas, alpacas, lemurs, turtles, fish, numerous birds, and specifically 60 camels, each with its own name and character.

This is the only camel park in Cyprus and the largest camel park in Europe, having received the "Trip Advisor" quality certificate. In the park, you can ride not only camels but also ponies and donkeys.

Children's area and pool

For the youngest visitors, there are attractions such as bumper cars and a mini-train, as well as free swings and a mirror room. Additionally, there is a covered play area with coin-operated attractions.

If it gets hot after a camel ride — you can take a dip in the pool. Next to the main pool, there is also a children's pool. Around the pools, there are umbrellas and sunbeds. Pool access is included in the entrance ticket price. There is also a restaurant with popular Cypriot dishes.

Ticket prices for the Camel Park

Tickets are not sold online and are purchased directly at the entrance without prior booking. Camel, donkey, and pony rides are paid additionally, as is food for the animals.

The park is open from 9:00 to 19:00 (April — October) and until 17:00 (November — March). The park is open on holidays and weekends, but it is better to check for major holidays by phone or on social media — contacts are listed above.

The park is located in Mazotos, just a 15-minute drive from Larnaca Airport and equidistant from Limassol and Nicosia. The location can be seen on the map below.
