Technopolis 20: 11 Years of Cultural Journey

Technopolis 20 marks its 11th anniversary with a special concert that brings together the musical traditions of Argentina, Spain, Italy, France, Greece, and Cyprus, offering the audience the opportunity to experience a unique journey through sound and emotion. The event will take place on Saturday, 1st of November 2025, at 7pm at the Markideio Theatre in Pafos.

Through the harmonious combination of classical voice and orchestral instruments, works will be

performed that capture the depth and soul of these musical traditions, from tango and chanson to Greek lyricism.

The program features pieces championed by leading orchestras and ensembles, leaving an indelible mark through the sensitivity and power of their interpretations. A journey of passion and emotion, where every piece tells a story.

Highlights include Camille Saint-Saëns’s Danse macabre, Carlos Gardel’s Por una cabeza (Scent of a Woman), Astor Piazzolla’s Libertango, and the suite from Manos Hadjidakis’s landmark work Gioconda’s Smile.
