The Watchmen. Book club meeting

The meeting will feature a discussion of Alan Moore's graphic novel Watchmen.

The Watchmen is a 12-part graphic novel. It is considered one of the best English-language novels of the 20th century. This comic book revolutionized the concept of superheroes.
United States of America. 1985. A world we don't know. There is a place for God in it. Real superheroes keep us safe in it. The hands of the Doomsday Clock are moving inexorably towards twelve.

A vigilante nicknamed Rorschach investigates the murder of his former comrade, the Comedian. This death is the first move by an unknown enemy who has begun hunting costumed heroes. Or is it just a diversion? Rorschach knows one thing for sure: the Watchmen must be reassembled.
