Weather Forecast for Cyprus on July 15
According to the Meteorological Department of the Republic of Cyprus, seasonal low pressure will affect the region on Monday, July 15.
In the first half of the day, the weather will be mostly clear, but cloud cover will gradually increase. In the afternoon, rain and isolated thunderstorms are possible, mainly in the mountains and inland areas. Hail may also fall during thunderstorms.
The Meteorological Service forecasts that daytime temperatures will rise to 39°C in inland areas, 35°C on the southeast, east, and north coasts, 33°C on the remaining coasts, and 29°C in the mountainous areas.
In the evening, the weather will be mostly clear, with temporary increases in low cloud cover on the coast. Later and in the early morning hours, light fog or haze may form in some places, mainly in the southeast. Air temperatures will drop to 25°C inland and on the north coast, 24°C on the other coasts, and 19°C in the mountainous areas.
Temperatures are expected to remain relatively stable until Wednesday, but they will rise slightly on Thursday and continue to stay above average climatic values.
