Weather Forecast for Cyprus on January 15
The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has announced that weak high-pressure conditions will prevail across the region on Wednesday, January 15. Fine dust particles are expected to linger in the atmosphere throughout the day.
In the early hours of the morning, light mist will dissipate, giving way to mostly sunny skies. However, some areas may experience periods of increased cloud cover. Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach approximately 20°C both inland and along the coasts, while the mountainous regions will see highs of around 12°C.
Tonight, the weather will remain mostly clear, although some areas may experience low-level cloud cover. Overnight temperatures will drop to about 9°C inland, 11°C along the coasts, and 3°C in the mountains, where localized frost is expected. As of this bulletin, the snow depth on the highest peaks of the Troodos Mountains measures 5 cm.
Looking ahead, Thursday may bring isolated rainfall due to increased cloud cover, while Friday and Saturday are expected to be mostly sunny.
Temperatures will dip slightly on Thursday and remain stable through Saturday, continuing to stay above the seasonal average.
