17-Year-Old Arrested for Seven Break-Ins and Robberies in Ayia Napa
The Cyprus Police have arrested a 17-year-old teenager, suspected of committing a series of burglaries and robberies at shops in Ayia Napa. The teenager is believed to be responsible for at least seven similar crimes.
According to the police press office, the young man was arrested last night as part of an investigation into seven break-ins and robberies.
Authorities believe all the crimes occurred between February 7 and 26, 2025, in shops across Ayia Napa.
The Famagusta police station is continuing the investigation into this case.
Earlier reports also highlighted a string of robberies at bakeries in Larnaca.
