Weather Forecast for Cyprus on September 24: Clear Skies with Afternoon Rain and Thunderstorms

According to the Meteorological Department of the Republic of Cyprus, a weak low-pressure system will affect the region on Tuesday, September 24.

The morning will be mostly clear, but in the afternoon, local cloud cover is expected to increase, bringing a chance of rain and thunderstorms, especially in mountainous areas, inland regions, and the eastern parts of the island.

Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach around 31°C in inland areas, 30°C along the coasts, and 21°C in the mountains.

By evening and into the night, the weather will clear again. Overnight, temperatures will drop to around 17°C inland, 20°C on the coast, and 13°C in the mountains.

In the coming days, mostly clear weather is expected, with temperatures gradually rising, slightly above the seasonal averages.
