Dust in the Air and Rain Expected in Cyprus on April 29

According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, moderate low-pressure conditions will dominate the region on Tuesday, April 29, with a thin layer of dust lingering in the atmosphere.

During the morning, partly cloudy skies are expected, with a chance of isolated showers around midday and early in the day, mainly over the mountains and inland areas. The sea is forecast to be slightly rough.

Daytime temperatures are expected to reach around 27°C inland, 22–24°C along the coasts, and about 13°C in the mountainous regions.

In the evening, cloud cover will increase in some areas. Nighttime temperatures are forecast to drop to around 13°C inland, 14°C along the coast, and 7°C in the mountains.

Looking ahead to Wednesday, mostly cloudy skies are expected with occasional local showers. Temperatures will rise slightly, particularly in the mountains, before cooling again on Thursday, when they are expected to dip slightly below the seasonal average.
