On June 6th, Cyprus is experiencing extremely hot weather
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Thursday, June 6th, the region is under the influence of a warm air mass. Occasionally, fine dust will be suspended in the atmosphere.
Today, in the first half of the day, the weather will be predominantly clear but very warm. According to the meteorological forecast, the daytime air temperature will rise to 44°C in inland areas, up to 38°C on the southern and eastern coasts, and up to 34°C on the remaining coasts and in mountainous regions.
By evening, the weather will remain predominantly clear, warm, and sunny. The air temperature will drop to 25°C inland, 24°C on the coasts, and 22°C in mountainous areas.
It is expected that on Friday, the air temperature will not change significantly and will remain significantly above seasonal norms. However, gradually, until Sunday, it will begin to decrease but will continue to fluctuate slightly above average climatic values.
